HIKING CLUB

Dear friends!

You and I live in an amazingly picturesque part of Britain, where the sea is on one side, and the South Downs National Park with its incredible endless hills and meadows on the other. There is a lot of forest, even coniferous, where you can very often meet deer, pheasants and, if you are lucky, even small hares. On the coast, you can take a walk and admire the legendary chalk rocks "Seven Sisters", see tourists who gather not only from all over Britain, but also from other countries of the world.

In Britain, walking is a very popular type of active recreation with well-developed infrastructure, marked trails and detailed maps of tourist routes.

So, we decided to invite you to join our organized outdoor walks, which we plan to do once a month.

The duration of such a walk can be 3-5 hours. The distance can vary from 6 to 11 miles.

What do you get out of it?

First, it is a very good way to relieve nervous tension and reduce stress. Agree, we all really need it right now. Admiring these incredible landscapes, you simply cannot be in a bad mood.

Secondly, it is a very good physical activity. You will feel muscles in those places of your body where you had no idea they were there at all (but it will be on the second day after the walk😅)

You breathe fresh air. See historic and incredibly picturesque English villages with their wonderful little old churches. Admire the fields of spring bluebells and snowdrops, red poppies and yellow rapeseed. You will collect an incredible bank of pleasant memories and emotions that will stay with you forever.

Please check the What's On Page for details of any upcoming walks
